It is an annotated alphabetical checklist which includes the primary and secondary bibliographies, price guides, collection catalogues, books containing significant material on angling books and angling authors, and other related material. The key word in the title is "British" but, in addition to the standard U.K. references, bibliographies from Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Europe, and North America have been included if they contain angling books by British authors and books published in the United Kingdom. Volume Nine of Coch-y-Bonddu Books Angling Monographs Series. There is also a de luxe edition, quarter-bound in dark green leather, and limited to only 26 lettered copies each for the UK and USA.
