Not previously published. "BB" gave the hand-written manuscript of this, his last book, to his friend, Badger Walker, and it has been transcribed and edited by Bryan Holden. Confessions of a Coastal Gunner provides a glimpse of the wildfowling adventures "BB" shared with his friends, including Douglas McDougall, Arthur Cadman, Major Charles Oakey and Bill Humphreys. This is a copy of the first printing of this book, which was limited to 475 cloth-bound and 25 leather-bound copies, and which sold out almost immediately.
