"BB" gave the hand-written manuscript of this, his last book, to his friend, Badger Walker, and it has been transcribed and edited by Bryan Holden Confessions of a Coastal Gunner provides a glimpse of the wildfowling adventures "BB" shared with his friends, including Douglas McDougall, Arthur Cadman, Major Charles Oakey and Bill Humphreys. The first printing of this book was limited to 475 cloth-bound and 25 leather-bound copies. These sold out almost immediately. This copy is from the 2012 second printing of 500 copies.
