Series of humorous shooting stories with cartoon illustrations "in the best literary tradition of Victorian England". The Italian version comes first, and contains the cartoons. The French version presented here was published as an appendix to the novel Le Rayon Vert, Hetzel 1882. The Italian version is taken from the Italian translation of the same novel, Il Raggio Verde, published in 1886 by A. Brigola and C, Milan.
