Witherby in 1989, with 50 'de luxe' copies each selling at GBP 200 each. ...FCL has acquired from Witherby the unbound sheets printed for a possible American edition which never appeared." The FFCL catalogue gives the limitation as 500 copies whereas the book-plate in each copy states 450.
