A specially bound issue of the Witherby edition, re-issued by the Flyfisher's Classic Library. "This is one of an unnumbered special edition limited to 450 copies." "Published as an edition of 1500 only by H.F. and G. Witherby in 1989, with 50 'de luxe' copies each selling at GBP 200 each. ...FCL has acquired from Witherby the unbound sheets printed for a possible American edition which never appeared." The FFCL catalogue gives the limitation as 500 copies whereas the book-plate in each copy states 450.
