A large and well-illustrated introduction to all kinds of angling in UK waters, with a very good freshwater and sea-fish identification guide. Appended are tying illustrations of some of the most commonly used knots and a glossary of angling terms. The first edition is clearly dated 1976, however, later reprints all state that the book was first published in 1977.
