There are two versions of the hardback edition of this book. The first is bound in light blue boards and carries the ISBN 0688220274. The second is a publisher's library binding and is bound in brown boards and carries the ISBN 0688320279. Both issues have both ISBNs printed on the title-page verso and the rear dust-wrapper flap. This is a copy of the first issue.
