Contains complete instructions for dressing 500 trout and grayling flies. A copy in the possession of Dr. Mark Vernon-Roberts carries the inscription "With compliments and 'tight lines.' J. Bernard. (S.P. Ogden Smith.) March 10th 1932." An Internet search reveals that an S.P. Ogden-Smith was a presenter on Radio Luxenbourg in 1938. S.P. Ogden-Smith. "S.P. "Ogden Smiths, for James Ogden and the Smith brothers (who happened to be gunsmiths) who partnered with the widow Ogden and ran the company.
