These are high quality paperbacks - uniformly presented in dark olive card covers with flaps. Each paper-bound volume is signed and numbered by the author.
There is also a de luxe hardbound edition of each volume, handsomely bound in dark olive leather over cloth-covered boards. These are limited to only 26 copies, lettered (A to Z) and signed by the author.
