The chapter, Coarse Fish - Fresh Water And Salt is largely about pike fishing with several pages on Indian mahseer. After sections on deer-stalking and wildfowling there are two appendices on sport in Ceylon by relatives of the author; one on otter-hunting by "A.C.W.C.", and one on trout fishing by "G.G.R.C." James Conway WALTER wrote this book under the pseudonym "James Conway."
