Chapters include: The Carmarthenshire Hunt; Early history - hunting in Wales, early hunts in Carmarthenshire; The Castell Gorfod and Coomb era of the Hunt; Past memories - steeplechases and point-to-points, famous people, famous hounds; Recent times - Gareth Thomas, Trefor Jones, Mal Williams, Mrs Lynda Parker, Dai Jones and Lee Peeters, the masterships of Mike Watts, Byron John and Mark Davies, Martin Walters and Lee Facey; The Carmarthenshire Hunt Club - 125 years of hunting. This is a privately published paperback, a fact reflected in the rather poor reproduction of many of the photographs. Well worth a read, picture quality notwithstanding.
