This excellent account of a safari through the Okavango just prior to the First World War, and also includes a really good history of the East African Campaign. The author was an MP in the Australian parliament. This is a copy of Binding A - bound in maroon cloth with gilt titles to the upper board and spine. The title page of this issue states "...photographs by the author". Other copies seen, also dated 1922, have had the title-page re-set with the words "...by the author" removed.
