Two volumes, one of text and the other containing 34 actual trout flies tied by John Smith, David Westwood and the author. Handsomely bound and presented by Smith Settle in full goatskin, marbled end-papers, edges gilt, raised bands and cloth-bound slipcase. This is the first edition, predating the Merlin Unwin Books trade edition (Our ref. #12123) by twelve months.
