It would seem that the publisher's name given inside the front cover is an error. The name of the company, as given in an advertisement on the rear cover, is S. Allcock and Co., Ltd. Price - One shilling. Later editions were published by the British Field Sports Society in 1948, and then again in the 1960s and 70s, edited by John Goddard and Dick Orton respectively.
